Jaderný profil vybraných proteinů asociovaných s chromatinem závislý na fázích buněčného cyklu
Cell cycle dependent nuclear pattern of chromatin associated proteins
Abstract:
One of the main approaches in cell biology is to understand the processes taking place in particular cell cycle phases. This diploma thesis is focused on analysis of nuclear pattern of selected chromatin domains. Step by step, there were analysed nuclear patterns of promyelocytic leukemia bodies (PML), splicing factors SC-35, nucleoli and Cajal bodies in different cell cycle phases. Using immunofluorescent …moreAbstract:
Postupně byl analyzován jaderný profil PML tělísek, faktorů sestřihu SC 35, proteinů jadérek fibrilarinu a Cajalových tělísek během jednotlivých fází buněčného …more
