Tato práce se zabývá postupem krizového štábu obce s rozšířenou působností při zajištění ochrany obyvatel a území při povodni s vyhlášením krizového stavu. Metodou expertního rozhovoru s pracovníky krizového řízení obcí s rozšířenou působností bude provedena analýza činnosti krizových štábů při povodni v pěti různých územních správních obvodech.
