Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se věnuje tématu mimoděložního těhotenství se zaměřením na péči porodní asistentky o ženu s diagnostikovanou ektopickou graviditou. Cílem práce je popsat tuto problematiku, péči porodní asistentky o ženu s touto diagnózou a metodou kazuistiky popsat průběh mimoděložního těhotenství u dvou vybraných žen. Teoretická část definuje mimoděložní těhotenství, jeho příčiny, příznaky, diagnostiku, léčbu a ošetřovatelskou péči porodní asistentky. Praktická část popisuje stav dvou žen před diagnózou mimoděložního těhotenství a průběh jejich hospitalizace. Péče porodní asistentky je analyzována a interpretována v souvislosti s potřebami žen s diagnózou ektopického těhotenství, která je neopomenutelnou součástí ošetřovatelské péče. V diskusi jsou dva konkrétní případy, které jsou popisovány v praktické části, srovnány se zahraničními autory a jejich studiemi. Výsledkem této práce je předložení ucelené problematiky mimoděložního těhotenství. Na základě vypracovaných kazuistik, byly zmapovány potřeby žen s tímto onemocněním a následně byly tyto potřeby řešeny. Důraz byl kladen na holistické vnímání ženy. V závěru je uveden praktický přínos této práce.

Abstract:

This undergraduate dissertation on the topic of ectopic pregnancy closely focuses on the care of midwives for women diagnosed with ectopic pregnancy. The dissertation aims to describe this issue and the specifics of midwives' care for a woman with this diagnosis and the course of ectopic pregnancy through a case study of two selected women. A theoretical section defines ectopic pregnancy, its causes, symptoms, diagnosis, treatment, and nursing care of a woman with ectopic pregnancy. The practical part describes the condition of two selected cases before the diagnosis of their ectopic pregnancy and the course of their hospitalisation. Midwifery care is analysed and interpreted in relation to the needs of a woman diagnosed with an ectopic pregnancy, which is an integral part of nursing. The two cases are discussed in the practical part and compared with foreign authors and their studies. The result of this work is a presentation of a comprehensive issue of ectopic pregnancy. Based on the case studies developed, the needs of women with this condition were mapped and consequently addressed. Emphasis was placed on a holistic view of the woman. The dissertation concludes with the practical contribution of this work.
