Use of the Commercial Name of the Company
Abstract:
V práci se věnuji problematice označování společnosti obchodní firmou, vysvětluji základní pojmy podnikatel, obchodní firma, podnik. Dále se zabívám otázkou obchodní firmy v případě převodu a přechodu, při užití osobních jmen v obchodní firmě. Je také zmíněna judikatura z této oblasti a na konec i několik rad pro postup při zakládání obchodní firmy.

In my thesis I focused on the topic, ,,Use of the Commercial Name of the Company.“. I analysed the notion of an businessman, I also introduced a shorter list of basic principles of commercial law that are determinative for the the commercial name and I follow the basic building blocks of the commercial name.Also I analysed a question of transfer and transition of the commercial name, the use of the …more
