The Master ‘s thesis deals with the problem of low concentration sensitivity of capillary electrophoresis associated with a commonly used UV-Vis detector by using on-line preconcentration techniques, especially for the method developed for the study of affinity interactions the capillary electrophoresis-frontal analysis (CE-FA).
