The research of interaction chelerythrine with oligonukleotides by way of capillary zone electrophoresis
Abstract:
Cílem této bakalářské práce je studium interakce kvartérního benzo[c]fenantridinového alkaloidu chelerythrinu s fragmenty DNA pomocí kapilární zónové elektroforézy. Porovnáváním analýz různých poměrů DNA s chelerythrinu byl zjišťován vliv množství chelerythrinu na interakce.
Abstract:
The goal of this work is research of interaction quternary benzo[c]phenanthridine alkaloid chelerythrine with DNA fragments by way of capillary zone electrophotesis. The influence of amount chelerythrine at interactions was determined by comparing analyses of different rate DNA with chelerythrine.
