Bakalářská práce se zabývá pojistnými podvody na českém trhu. První část se zaměřuje na teorii, kde se nachází definice základních pojmů a možností, jak pojistný podvod vzniká. Následně se v práci popisuje prevence pojišťoven a systémů, které napomáhají s odhalováním pojistných podvodů. The bachelor thesis focus on insurance fraud in the Czech Republic. The first part focuses on the theory, where there is a definition of basic concepts and possibilities of how insurance fraud arises.
