Employee life cycle in a company

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem životní cyklus zaměstnance ve firmě, které je důležité pro systematickou práci se zaměstnanci. Cílem práce bylo zjistit současné postupy v životním cyklu zaměstnance ve zvolené firmě a na základě získaných informací z rozhovorů se zaměstnanci navrhnout opatření ve firmě implementační karty. První teoretická část vychází z odborné literatury a popisuje jednotlivé části životního cyklu zaměstnance. Vysvětluje postupy, které by měli probíhat v určité fázi práce se zaměstnanci. Praktická část v úvodu představuje základní informace o firmě. Dále ve třetí kapitole popisuje zvolenou metodu výzkumu a představuje výsledky polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s respondenty z firmy. Poslední kapitola popisuje současnou situaci na základě získaných informací a představuje návrh opatření zanesených do implementační karty, která následně bude představena firmě a zanesena do firemní směrnice.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the topic of the employee life cycle in the company, which is important for systematic work with employees. The aim of the thesis was to find out the current practices in the employee life cycle in the selected company and based on the information obtained from the interviews with the employees to propose measures in the company implementation card. The first theoretical part is based on the literature and describes the different parts of the employee life cycle. It explains the procedures that should take place in a certain phase of work with employees. The practical part in the introduction presents basic information about the company. Then, in the third chapter, it describes the chosen research method and presents the results of semi-structured interviews with respondents from the company. The last chapter describes the current situation based on the information gathered and presents a proposal for measures to be included in an implementation card, which will be presented to the company and included in the company guidelines.
