Methods for evaluation of investment opportunities

Abstract:

Cílem této bakalářské práce je zanalyzovat investici do hlubotiskového stroje. Tato analýza bude provedena za použití vybraných metod pro hodnocení efektivnosti investic. Teoretická část se nejdříve zaměřuje na vysvětlení základních pojmů z oblasti investic a investiční činnosti. Následuje výčet metod hodnocení efektivnosti investic, které jsou přehledně rozděleny do skupin a jsou zde popsány vlastnosti jednotlivých metod. Praktická část se zabývá aplikací vybraných metod na investici do tiskového stroje pro zjištění reálné efektivnosti toho projektu. V závěru bakalářské práce jsou zhodnoceny výsledky dosažené pomocí aplikovaných metod statických a dynamických.

Abstract:

The goal of this bachelor work is analysing of investment for procurement of a gravure machine. This analysis will be performed with the use of selected methods for review of effectiveness of investments. First, the theoretical part focuses on explanation of basic terms in the field of investments and capital expenses procedures. Then, listing of methods for review of effectiveness of investments follow with clear classification into groups including description of properties attributable to each method. The application part deals with application of the selected methods on the investment for procurement of the gravure machine to find out real effectiveness of the project. Finally, the bachelor work recapitulates the results achieved using the applied static and dynamic methods.
