Abstract:

Diplomová práce na téma ?Uplatnění policistů zařazených u služby cizinecké policie České republiky v rámci Moravskoslezského kraje po její reorganizaci? se zabývá policisty, kteří dříve sloužili u služby cizinecké Policie České republiky a z důvodu její reorganizace, byli nuceni přejít k jiné složce policie, a zda se tito policisté u svých nových útvarů uplatnili a do jaké míry využili své nabyté zkušenosti z oblasti svého dřívějšího působení u cizinecké policie. Práce obsahuje dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou. Teorie popisuje instituci nazývanou Policie České republiky, její vybranou strukturu v rámci Moravskoslezského kraje a činnosti těchto dílčích útvarů. Dále se zabývá jevy - syndrom vyhoření, zátěž a neopomíjí se zmínit, zda přechod těchto policistů k jiným útvarům a s tím spojené pocity a prožitky měly vliv na jejich osobní a rodinný život. Další složkou je její praktická část, která je realizována formou kvalitativního výzkumu, jenž byl uskutečněn u policistů vykonávajících nyní službu v rámci Moravskoslezského kraje. Cílem této práce je zjištění názoru, který zastávají policisté dříve zařazení u služby cizinecké policie na využití svých vědomostí, znalostí a dovedností po svém přeřazení k jinému útvaru policie.

Abstract:

This thesis is called ?Employment of the Police Officers who have been placed in the service of the Police Department of International Relations of the Czech Republic within the area of Moravskoslezsky kraj after its reorganization?. The thesis deals with the Police Officers who had previously served at the Police Department of International Relations of the Czech Republic and because of its reorganization, the officers had to move to other police services. The thesis analyses how the officers make it in new field and whether they used their experiences from their previous job position. This work is divided into two parts ? theoretical and practical. The theory describes the institution called the Police of the Czech Republic, its structure within the area of Moravskoslezsky kraj and activities of its departments. Other parts of the work deal with the following phenomena: burnout syndrome, workload and consequences of redeployment of the police officers. The practical part of the thesis represents qualitative analysis is based on cooperation with the police officers working in the area of Moravskoslezsky kraj. The aim of the thesis is to find out what the immigration police officers think about the use their knowledge, experiences and skill after they were redeployed to other police departments.
