Determination of thallium by ETAAS in plant material
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou thalia v životním prostředí a jeho stanovením v certifikovaném referenčním materiálu čajových lístků a vzorcích lišejníku pomocí ET-AAS. Pro stanovení thalia byly optimalizovány podmínky teplotního programu elektrotermického atomizátoru a vybrán vhodný modifikátor Pd + Mg(NO3)2, byla nalezena i optimální koncentrace tohoto modifikátoru. Abstract:
This bachelor's thesis is focused on thallium in environment and its determination in certified reference material of tea leaves and in samples of lichen by means of ET-AAS. Thermal program of electrothermal atomizator was optimized and suitable modifier Pd + Mg(NO3)2 with its optimal concentration was selected.
