Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o vlivu Listů Federalistů k přijetí nové Ústavy Spojených států amerických. Práce je rozdělena do tří hlavních kapitol. První kapitola pojednává o nevýhodách dosavadní Konfederace podle federalistů. Druhá kapitola se zabývá výhodami nové Unie podle prvních čtrnácti článků Listů Federalistů. My bachelor thesis is focused on the influence of the Federalist papers on the ratification of the United States Constitution. The thesis is divided into the three main parts. The first one treats of the disadvantages to an existing Confederation according to Federalist papers.
