Impacts of Euro Adoption to Public Budgets (Case Study of Ireland)

Abstract:

Předmětem bakalářské práce „Dopady zavedení eura na veřejné rozpočty (případová studie Irska)“ je popsat dopady spojené s další fází evropské integrace, Evropskou měnovou unií, na veřejné rozpočty v Irské republice. Dalším cílem práce je krátce charakterizovat soustavu veřejných rozpočtů v Irsku, popsat vznik a vývoj Evropské měnové unie a průběh přípravy Irska na tuto fázi integrace. První část této práce je spojena se základními informacemi o této problematice. Věnuje se definici veřejných financí a veřejných rozpočtů, na níž navazuje popis vzniku a vývoje Evropské měnové unie. Ve druhé části je krátce popsána soustava veřejných rozpočtů v Irsku a postup přípravy a realizace přijetí eura. Následuje popis dopadů zavedení eura na státní rozpočet Irska.

Abstract:

The subject of the Bachelor thesis "Impacts of Euro Adoption to Public Budgets (Case Study of Ireland)" is to describe impacts associated with further phase of European integration, European Monetary Union, to public budgets in the Republic of Ireland. Another aim of this thesis is to describe the system of public budgets in Ireland, the creation and development of the European Monetary Union and the preparation of Ireland for this phase of integration. The first part of this work is about general information including the definition of public finances and public budgets, which is followed by description of the creation and development of the European Monetary Union. The second part focuses on the system of public budgets in Ireland and the procedure of preparation and implementation of Euro adoption. Then there is a description of the impact of the Euro adoption to state budget.
