Abstract:
Cílem této práce je zhodnocení vlivu vybraných direktivních technik (strečinku a měkkých a fasciových technik) na zkrácení svalů na zadní straně stehna (hamstringů) u mládežnických fotbalistů SK Sigma Olomouc. The aim of this thesis is evaluation of the impact of chosen directive techniques (stretching and soft and fascial tissue techniques) directed at shortened muscles on the back side thight (hamstrings) of young footballers SK Sigma Olomouc.
