V diplomové práce byly provedeny optimalizace podmínek fosforylace substrátu CREB fosfopeptidu (cAMP Response Element Binding Protein) enzymem GSK-3 a substrátu TH 24 - 33 (Tyrosine hydroxylase 24 - 33) enzymem MAPK- His tag a optimalizace podmínek imobilizace obou enzymů na superparamagnetické částice. Abstract:
In this diploma thesis there were optimized conditions of phosphorylation for substrates CREB phosphopeptide by enzyme GSK-3 and for TH 24 - 33 by enzyme MAPK-His tag, and further optimization of conditions for GSK-3 and MAPK immobilization on different superparamagnetic particles.
