Magisterská diplomová práce se zabývá ekologickou dystopií v současné britské próze. Zkoumá tři díla britských spisovatelek: The Ice People (Maggie Gee), The Stone Gods (Jeanette Winterson) a Mara and Dann (Doris Lessing). The Master’s Diploma Thesis focuses on three dystopian works: The Ice People written by Maggie Gee, The Stone Gods by Jeanette Winterson and Mara and Dann by Doris Lessing. The main focus is on people’s relationship to technologies. As people become fully dependent on their technologies, they start losing both their freedom and their knowledge.
