Abstract:
The objectives of this thesis was the rigorous analysis of the treason/translation paradigm surrounding the historical character of the Malinche. In the first part of the thesis we focused on the Malinche´s historical life, mainly based on the testimonies of Bernal Díaz del Castillo.
