The process of negotiating terms of payment: factors for commercial parties

Abstract:

Tématem této bakalářské práce je proces sjednávání platební podmínky a vysvětlení různých faktorů, které sjednávání platební podmínky ovlivňují a to jak z pohledu prodávajícího, tak i z pohledu kupujícího. V teoretické části je nejdříve uvedeno, co platební podmínka je a co vše do ní spadá. Dále jsem vybrala nejvíce používané platební prostředky a u nich jsem vytyčila jejich výhody a nevýhody. Poté je v práci uvedena podkapitola o veřejných zakázkách. V poslední části uvádím psychologické faktory, které mají vliv na obchodní subjekty, které obchod sjednávají a kteří jsou přítomni u obchodních jednáních. V praktické části je uveden konkrétní příklad z praxe, u kterého jsem popsala, jak se platební podmínky domlouvají a v jaké faktory mohou ovlivnitit to sjednání.

Abstract:

The topic of this bachelor thesis is the process of negotiating terms of payment and explaining the various factors that influence the negotiation of payment terms, both from the perspective of the seller and the buyer. In the theoretical part, it is firstly stated what a term of payment is and what is included in it. Next, I selected the most used means of payment and outlined their advantages and disadvantages. After that, a subchapter on public procurement is presented in the thesis. In the last section, I listed the psychological factors that affect the business parties that negotiate the deal and who are presented at the business meetings. In the practical section off my thesis, a specific example from practice is given, for which I describe how terms of payment are negotiated and in what ways and what factors can influence that negotiation.
