Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou v oblasti hodnocení nutričního stavu u osob starších 60 let na geriatrickém oddělení. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, část teoretickou a část průzkumnou. Teoretická část bakalářské práce je zaměřena na oblasti - stáří, hodnocení nutričního stavu, hodnotící škály např. BMI, MNA, MMSE, poruchy výživy i nutriční podpory. Začátek bakalářské práce bude zacílen na popis pojmosloví, které lépe dokáže vystihnout hloubku daného tématu. Za nosný segment bakalářské práce je považována průzkumná část, která přinese nedocenitelné informace a poznatky důležité pro další pracovní postupy na gerontologických oddělení ve vztahu k hodnocení nutričního stavu u osob starších 60 let. Veškerá shromážděná data jsou analyzována, prezentována a hodnocena.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis deals with issues in the field of nutrition assessment for people aged 60 and over in the geriatric department. The work is divided into two parts, a theoretical part and an exploratory part. In the theoretical part, I focused on areas - age, nutrition status assessment, scorecards e.g. BMI, rub MMSE, nutrition disorders and nutritional support. The beginning of the Bachelor thesis will be focused on the description of concepts that are better able to describe the depth of the topic. I consider the research part to be a supporting segment of the Bachelor thesis, which will yield invaluable information and knowledge relevant for further working practices in gerontology departments in relation to the evaluation of nutritional status in the over-60s. All data collected is analysed, presented and evaluated.
