Předmětem předkládané bakalářské práce je problematika volebních systémů. Začátek této práce se věnuje volbám jako takovým, konkrétně pak alternativním způsobům hlasování, které jsou v současné době velice aktuální. The subject of this bachelor thesis is the issue of electoral systems. The beginning of this thesis devotes to the elections as such, especially alternative ways of voting, which is in these days very actual.
