Project to implement knowledge management into an industrial company

Abstract:

Předložená práce je zaměřena na oblast znalostního managementu a jeho zavádění do podniku. Práce obsahuje základní charakteristiku znalostního managementu a jeho komponent, problematiku intelektuálního kapitálu a způsobů jeho měření, až po samotný proces implementace znalostního managementu. Praktická část vychází z analýzy připravenosti organizace ke vstupu do znalostního managementu a dále zpracovává studii proveditelnosti projektu zajišťujícího vhodné prostředí pro implementaci managementu znalostí.

Abstract:

Submitted work is focused on the area of knowledge management and its implementation to the enterprise. The work includes basic characteristics of the knowledge management and its components, the issue of the intellectual capital and its measurement methods to the process of implementation of the knowledge management. The practical part is based on the analysis of state of readiness to implement the knowledge management. Thereinafter there is processed the feasibility study of project, which should provide a suitable background for the implementation of the knowledge management.
