The drama project Zlatá klec: an analysis of a participant's experience

Abstract:

Tato práce předkládá obraz dramatického projektu Zlatá klec uskutečněného pod hlavičkou Katedry sociální pedagogiky z pohledu jedné jeho účastnice a zachycuje její zkušenost, kterou v průběhu tohoto projektu získala. Teoretická část shrnuje jednotlivé oblasti vztahující se k projektu Zlatá klec a tím i zkušenosti jeho účastnice: divadlo fórum jakožto metodu zastřešující celý projekt, problematiku ústavní péče a odchodu mladých lidí z ústavních zařízení jakožto hlavní téma projektu a otázku lidského vztahu v profesi sociálního pedagoga, profesi, již účastnice výzkumu v projektu zastávala. Podstatnou část teoretické části tvoří kapitola o interpretativní fenomenologické analýze, která představuje metodu zpracování dat v praktické části. Praktická část zachycuje průběh kvalitativního výzkumu, který má podobu případové studie, a v němž jsou metodou interpretativní fenomenologické analýzy analyzovány rozhovory a deníkové záznamy zachycující zkušenost účastnice projektu Zlatá klec. Výsledkem výzkumu je interpretace informátorčiny zkušenosti rozčleněná do šesti kapitol dle témat, která vzešla z analýzy dat a která zachycují její prožívání dramatického procesu, získávání sebevědomí a sebejistoty, nalézání sebe sama v myšlenkách divadla utlačovaných či změnu jejího postoje vůči klientům ústavní péče a celkový vhled do této tématiky.

Abstract:

This thesis submits a picture of dramatic project Zlatá klec (The Golden cage), which was realized under the heading Department of Social Pedagogy, from the perspective of one of its participants and captures her experience gained during this project. The theoretical part summarizes the various areas relating to project and thus experience of its participant: theatre forum as a way of the overarching the whole project, problems of institutional care and young people leaving residential institution as a main theme of project and a guestion of human relationship to profession of social educator, which was the role of research participant in this project. Substantial part of the theoretical part is a chapter on Interpretative phenomenological analysis which represents data processing method in practical part. The practical part captures process of qualitative research in the form of a case studie in which the method of Interpretative phenomenological analysis analyzes interviews and diary records, which captures experience of participant of project The Golden cage. The result of research is interpretation of experience of participant divided into six chapters according to themes that emerged from data analysis and that capture her feeling of a dramatic process, gaining self-confidence, finding herself in the mind of the Theatre of the Oppressed or a change of her attitude towards the clients of residential care and overall insight into this topic.
