New forms of tourism and their influence on supply of chosen destination.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis focuses on new forms of tourism in the Czech Republic. The basic terms connected to tourism such as tourism, forms of tourism, the difference between travel agency and travel office are explained in the theoretical part of this work. The analytical part comprises of a pre-research and two researches. Questionnaire method was chosen for the pre-research, which aims to find out the people’s awareness of the new forms of tourism. In the first research, there is an analysis of the offers of the largest travel agencies in the Czech Republic and agencies oriented on unusual experiences. The analysis is focused on the offer within the Czech Republic and the attractiveness of the particular offer. Second research is devoted to the inspection of the restaurants Czech Special and answers whether the restaurant’s quality is warranted after the granted certificate. Based on the analysis’s results, the author has created recommendations that could lead to improvements of the particular analyses.

Abstract:

Bakalárska práca sa zameriava na nové formy cestovného ruchu v Českej republike. V teoretickej časti práce sú vysvetlené základné pojmy v cestovnom ruchu, ktorými sú napríklad cestovný ruch, formy cestovného ruchu, či následne uvedený rozdiel medzi cestovnou kanceláriou a cestovnou agentúrou. Analytická časť sa skladá z predvýskumu a dvoch výskumov. Predvýskum je spracovaný formou dotazníkového šetrenia a jeho cieľom je zistenie povedomia ľudí o nových formách CR. Prvým výskumom je analýza ponúk najväčších CK v Českej republike a agentúr, zameraných na netradičné zážitky. Analýza je zameraná na ponuku v rámci Českej republiky a atraktivitu danej ponuky. Druhým výskumom je kontrola reštaurácii Czech Specials, či je kvalita reštaurácii zaručená aj po udelení certifikátu. Na základe výsledkov analýzy, autorka vytvorila návrhy, ktoré by mohli pomôcť k zlepšeniu výsledkov jednotlivých analýz.
