Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce zjišťuje úroveň zařazení kompenzačních cvičení do tréninkových procesů vrcholných sportovních střelců brokové střelby disciplín skeet a trap za využití dotazníkového šetření. Výzkumu se jako respondenti účastní brokoví střelci několika národních týmů. Výsledky u zahraničních respondentů a u českých respondentů jsou vyhodnoceny odděleně s následným vzájemným srovnáním. Sekundárně je součástí této práce stručný ucelený náhled do problematiky kompenzačních cvičení a stručný popis základních pravidel daného sportu.

Abstract:

The thesis investigates the level of inclusion of compensatory exercises in the training process of top sporting shotgun skeet and trap shooters using a questionnaire survey. The respondents of the research were shotgun shooters of several national teams. The results for foreign and Czech respondents are evaluated separately and then juxtaposed. This thesis also includes a brief comprehensive insight into the compensatory exercises and a brief description of the basic rules of the sport.
