Cílem diplomové práce je navrhnout strategii konkrétního podniku s využitím stakeholoderského přístupu. The aim of this thesis is to propose a strategy of a particular company using stakeholder approach. The theoretical part is focused on the definition of theoretical bases in the area of strategic management and stakeholder approach.
