Abstract:
Bakalářská práce zkoumá míru efektivní komunikace vůči klientům ve vybrané instituci veřejné správy. Teoretická část práce je věnována vymezení klíčových pojmů z oblasti komunikace, etiky, veřejné správy, motivace ke komunikaci, efektivní komunikace včetně etického kodexu.
