The Role of a Modern Boss and his Influence on Performance of the Employees

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na roli moderního vedoucího a jeho vliv na výkonnost zaměstnanců. První kapitola je věnována definici managementu. Další kapitola mapuje problematiku funkcí manažera, jeho manažerskou rolí a dovedností. Spolu s tím úzce souvisí styly řízení manažera. V následující kapitole je popsán proces komunikace v organizaci. Poslední kapitola obsahuje dotazníkové šetření. V závěru své bakalářské práce se snažím konkrétně vystihnout ta fakta, která ať už pozitivně nebo negativně působí na výkonnost zaměstnanců.

Abstract:

This Thesis deals with the topic of a modern manager role and his or her influence on the employees performance. The first part is dedicated to the definition of Management. The second chapter deals with the role of manager and his or her competencies and roles. Closely connected are the ways of managing which respective manager applies. In the following chapter there is described the process of communication in the Organization. The last chapter contains the employee survey. The final part of the Thesis contains an attempt to define elements whith may have an influence on the employees performance in negative or positive way.
