Diplomová práce se zabývá zpracováním business modelu nového podniku cestovního ruchu, což je zároveň i jejím hlavním cílem. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na vymezení pojmů souvisejících s tématem práce. Jednotlivé kapitoly vysvětlují problematiku podnikání, dále také business modely, cestovní ruch a analýzy, které jsou využité v práci. The diploma thesis deals with the design of the business model of a new tourism enterprise, which is also its main goal. The theoretical part focuses on the definition of terms related to the topic of the thesis.
