Taxation of persons incomes from business and other self-emloyment activitites

Abstract:

Práce je věnována principům zdanění příjmů fyzických osob z podnikání a jiné samostatně výdělečné činnosti. Zaměřuje se na analýzu daňové soustavy ČR, na srozumitelný výklad principů zdaňování fyzických osob a objasňuje základní pojmy. V praktické části se specializuje na souběh osvobozených příjmů z výroby tzv. zelené elektrické energie a příjmů z jiné podnikatelské činnosti, na související daňové povinnosti a principy účtování.

Abstract:

This Thesis deals with the taxation of the incomes of persons involving in self-employed business entities. It focuses on an understandable explanation of the principles governing the taxation of the self-employed with a clarification of the basic concepts involved. The practical sections of the Thesis deal with a race condition as it relates to tax-free income from the production of Green Electric Energy and the incomes of other business activities as they fulfil tax obligations and the principles of accounting.
