Bakalářská práce se zabývá komunikací obecně, ale především komunikací jako nástrojem řízení. Práce je specificky zaměřena na komunikaci s klienty Úřadu práce v Mostě. Zabývá se také konfliktní komunikací, která k úřadům a jednání s klienty neodmyslitelně patří. Dále zmiňuji postupy, které zaměstnanci Úřadu práce v Mostě používají. This bachelor thesis deals with the notion of communication from the global point of view, but especially with communication as a tool of management.
