Cieľom tejto práce je analyzovať vzťah pobočky a centrály nadnárodnej spoločnosti a posúdiť vplyv tohto vzťahu na riadenie pobočky. Predmetom analýzy je spoločnosť Oriflame Cosmetics SA a jej slovenská pobočka Oriflame Slovakia s.r.o.
