Abstract:
V této diplomové práci se zabýváme produkcí fenazinového pigmentu iodininu u bakterie Acidithiobacillus thiooxidans. V teoretické části byla vypracována literární rešerše o bakterii A. thiooxidans a fenazinových pigmentech se zaměřením na iodinin. Abstract:
This thesis deals with the production of phenazines pigment iodinin by bacteria Acidithiobacillus thiooxidans. The theoretical part introduces literature research about bacteria A. thiooxidans and phenazines pigments with the focus on the iodinin.
