Factors Influencing Integration of Individuals Receiving Material Poverty Benefits

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá faktory ovlivňujícími integraci osob pobírající dávky v hmotné nouzi. Práce se věnuje jednotlivým faktorům, které znemožňují těmto osobám nalézt si zaměsttnání a současně faktorům, které proces začleňování do ekonomicky aktivního obyvatelstva podporují. Cílem práce je tedy popsat situaci osob dlouhodobě pobírajících dávky v systému pomoci v hmotné nouzi s akcentací na možnosti jejich integrace do společnosti. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na dvě části, a to na část teoretickou a část aplikovanou. V teoretické části jsou popsány související se všemi specigickým aspekty hmotné nouze a v aplikované části jsou formou dotazníkového šetření formulovány faktory ovlivňující integraci osob pobírajících dávky v hmotné nouzi.

Abstract:

The Bachelor Thesis deals with the factors influencing the integration of the persons receiving assistance in material need. The work pays attention to the individual factors that make it impossible for these people to find a job and at the same time, to the factors supporting the process of inclusion in the economically active population. Therefore, the objective of the work is to describe the situation of the people that receive assistance in the long term, within the material need help system with the accentuation of the option to integrate them into society. The Bachelor Thesis is divided into two parts - the theoretical one and the applied part. In the theoretical part, there is a description of the concepts related to all the specific aspects of material need, while in the applied part, there are factors influencing the integration of people receiving assistance in material need formulated in the form of a questionnaire survey.
