Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá získáváním a výběrem nových spolupracovníku ve firmě Inspirum Technologies, s.r.o. Teoretická část se bude zabývat problematikou jednotlivých procesů získávání a výběru zaměstnanců, formami a postupy získávání (náboru), jejich výhodami a nevýhodami, jakož i problemtikou vlastního výběru nových spolupracovníků. V praktické části bude představen zvolený podnikatelský subjekt, dále bude provedeno výzkumné šetření za pomoci rozhovorů a dotazníků. Na základě jím získaných dat a informací budou formulovány konkrétní autorské návrhy a doporučení za účelem zvýšení efektivnosti procesů získávání a výběru nových spolupracovníků v daném podniku.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with the acquisition and selection of new collaborators in the company Inspirum Technologies, s.r.o. The theoretical part will deal with the issue of individual processes of recruitment and selection of employees, forms and procedures of recruitment (recruitment), their advantages and disadvantages, as well as the issue of their own selection of new employees. In the practical part, the selected business entity will be introduced, and a research survey will be carried out with the help of interviews and questionnaires. Based on the data and information obtained by him, specific author's proposals and recommendations will be formulated in order to increase the efficiency of the processes of obtaining and selecting new employees in the given company.
