Design of storage of internal pressure vessel for liquid hydrogen

Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce je návrh uložení tlakové nádoby pro ISO kontejner navržený pro přepravu kapalného vodíku po pozemních, železničních komunikacích a pro lodní přepravu. V práci je popsán současný stav poznání, dále byl proveden výpočet tlakové nádoby dle normy ČSN EN 13530-2 Kryogenické nádoby - Velké přepravní vakuově izolované nádoby - Část 2: Konstrukce, výroba, kontrola a zkoušení a následně zkontrolován, tak aby odpovídal Evropské dohodě o mezinárodní silniční přepravě nebezpečných látek. Byli provedeny výpočty dle platných předpisů a byly řešeny možné návrhy uložení vnitřní tlakové nádoby, tyto návrhy mezi sebou porovnáme a provedeme zhodnocení řešeného stavu. K výslednému porovnání byla použita metoda konečných prvků. V závěru práci bylo provedeno technické zhodnocení.

Abstract:

The aim of the bachelor thesis is the design of a pressure vessel for an ISO container designed for the transport of liquid hydrogen by road, rail and ship. The thesis describes the current state of knowledge, the calculation of the pressure vessel according to ČSN EN 13530-2 Cryogenic vessels - Large vacuum insulated transport vessels - Part 2: Design, manufacture, inspection and testing and then checked to comply with the European Agreement on the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road. Calculations have been carried out in accordance with the applicable regulations and possible designs for the internal pressure vessel have been considered, these designs will be compared with each other and an assessment of the design will be made. The finite element method was used for the final comparison. At the end of the work, a technical evaluation was carried out.
