Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se věnuje regeneraci po tréninku u skupiny závodních judistů a zápasníků. Teoretická část začíná vymezením úpolových sportů a stručným popisem juda a zápasu. Pokračuje zkoumáním mechanismů, které vedou ke vzniku únavy a popisuje způsoby získávání energie z různých energetických zdrojů v průběhu vykonávání fyzické aktivity. Abstract:
The Bachelor thesis deals with a regeneration after training of a group of athletes who compete in judo and wrestling. The theoretical part defines combative sports and briefly describes both judo and wrestling. All mechanisms that set up fatigue are studied in this part.
