Cieľom mojej diplomovej práce, je predstaviť čitateľovi filozofiu britskej autorky Iris Murdochovej. Murdochová bola totiž nielen úspešnou spisovateľkou, ale aj filozofkou. V práci sú predstavené jej filozofické vysvetlenia pojmov ako sú morálka, láska, náboženstvo, ale aj symbolizmus a umenie. Abstract:
The aim of the thesis is to introduce the philosophy of Iris Murdoch to the reader. Murdoch was not only a successful novelist but also a philosopher. In my thesis concepts such as morality, love, religion, art or symbolism are explained in terms of her philosophy.
