Abstract:
Obsahem bakalářské práce je problematika vymahání pohledávek ve vybraném podnikatelském subjektu. Práce je rozdělená do několika částí. V teoretické 4ásti se zaměřují předevěím na definici nezbytných pojmů pro snadnější pochopení této problematiky.
