Diplomová práca v teoretickej časti popisuje suchú krvnú škvrnu (DBS). Zameriava sa na jej špecifiká z pohľadu preanalytickej a analytickej fázy, ako aj jej využitie nielen v klinickej oblasti. Experimentálna časť práce sa zameriava na vývoj a optimalizáciu metódy RP-HPLC s hmotnostne spektrometrickou detekciou na stanovenie olanzapínu (OLA) v ľudskej plazme a DBS.
