Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce shrnuje současné poznatky o prebioticích a jejich vlivu na lidské zdraví. Teoretická část je věnována vývoji definice prebiotik, mechanismu fermentace prebiotik mikrobiotou tlustého střeva, současně uznávaným zástupcům a jejich účinkům na zdraví člověka. Abstract:
This bachelor thesis summarizes current knowledge on prebiotics and their impact on human health. The theoretical part is devoted to the development of the definition of prebiotics, fermentation mechanism of prebiotics by colon microbiota, currently authorized representatives and their effects on human health. The last chapter of the theoretical part deals with potential candidates for prebiotics. …more
