Vliv mykorhzní symbiozy na mladou zeleninu

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na mykorrhizní symbiozu v zelinářské produkci, popisuje obecné informace ohledně rozdělení mykorhizy a její anatomii, zahrnuje poznazky z vědeckých článků ohledně přínosu mykorhizní symbiozy z hlediska výživových prvků a morfologických změn pro rostlinu případně metabolické dráhy na kterých je založena mykorhizní symbioza. V práci je využito mikroskopické techniky, kterou byly pořízeny i fotografie. Díky tomu bylo možno více videt detail kolonizovaných kořenů mykorhizními houbami. Praktická část byla zaměřena na učinky kolinizace mykorhizními houbami ve vybraných druhů mladé zeleniny. Hodnotily se morfologické parametry rostlin , které rostly v mykorhizním a controlním substrátu. Na základě statistiky byly zhodnoceny výsledky u kterých byl nebo nebyl potvzren prukazný rozdíl mezi mykorhizními substráty a kontrolní variantou.

Abstract:

This thesis is focused on mycorrhizal symbiosis in greengrocer production, shows general information about anatomy and distribution of mycorrhizal symbiosis. Summarized interesting scientific knowledge refers to the importance of the nutrient element, morphological changes and mycorrhizal metabolism which has the benefits in greengrocery and in seedlings propagation. In this work is also used good microscopical technologies, especially pictures which was taken by microscope. Thank to this was showed precise details of mycorrhiza anatomy and I can more clarified the all results of colonization rate. The practical part was focused on the study of the fungal colonization which had influence or not on selected vegetables. The aim was to evaluate the positive morphological development of the plants in mycorrhizal substrates and statistically confirm or not significant result.
