Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na popis a analýzu možných omezení během vyhlášení krizových stavů. V práci jsou vysvětlena lidská práva a jejich ústavní zakotvení v českém právním řádě. Dále je zanalyzováno krizové řízení České republiky a jsou zde rozebrány jednotlivé krizové stavy. This bachelor thesis focuses on the description and analysis of possible restrictions during the declaration of crisis states. The thesis explains human rights and their constitutional anchoring in the Czech legal order.
