Abstract:

Tato práce má za cíl popsat a vyhodnotit fungování Arcidiecézního centra života mládeže Nazaret. Vychází při tom na prvním místě z vlastní zkušenosti autora s tímto zařízením. Fungování Nazareta je vyhodnocováno na základě porovnání s odbornou literaturou, která popisuje, jak by tato centra měla fungovat. Práce se věnuje také rezervám, které toto centrum má a které by v budoucnu šly zlepšit a tak centrum ještě vylepšit. Je rozdělena do tří částí, přičemž první se věnuje pastoraci mládeže obecně, druhá ji zasazuje do konkrétních podmínek diecézních center života mládeže, na základě jejichž popisu je pak vyhodnocován Nazaret, který je jedním z těchto diecézních center. Je zde popsán vznik jak diecézních center života mládeže obecně, tak i vznik Nazareta, který je tím uveden do kontextu ostatních center. Práce popisuje také návaznost těchto center na učení církve a realizace života podle evangelia v nich. Dále vystihuje jak jejich přínos v životě lidí, kteří do center přicházejí, tak i nedostatky těchto center, které by v budoucnu mohly být odstraněny.

Abstract:

This thesis aims to describe and evaluate the functioning of the Archdiocese Centre of Youth Life of Nazareth. This evaluation is based on the author’s own experience with this institution, as well on the comparison with the similar operating centres, as is described in the relevant literature. The thesis also deals with the unemployed potential of this centre, which could be employed in order that the centre functions better and improves its activity. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first one is dedicated to youth pastoral care in general, and the second part places this theme into particular conditions and context of other diocesan centres of youth life. On this description is based the evaluation of Nazareth Centre in the third part, which provides the description of formation of diocesan centres of youth life in general, including the emergence of Nazareth in this same context. The thesis further describes the continuity of such centres in the teaching of the Church and the accomplishment of life according to the Gospel in these centres. Furthermore, the thesis describes the contribution into lives of people visiting these youth life centres, as well the possibilities how to overcome the limitation of these centres in the future.
