Tato bakalářská práce seznamuje s užívacími instituty a popisuje právní náležitosti užívání pozemku, a to jednak v období bezprostředně před rokem 1990, jednak v průběhu transformace po roce 1990 až do současnosti. This bachelor thesis informs about institutes of real-estate enjoyment and describes legal requirements of land use. It covers a time period prior 1990, during the transformation process after 1990 and continues until present time.
