Abstract:
Cílem bakalářské práce je popsat problematiku dokumentárních plateb v mezinárodním obchodě. Práce je rozdělena do čtyř kapitol. První z nich se věnuje dokumentárnímu akreditivu dle UCP 600, jeho právní povaze, standardnímu modelu průběhu celé operace, druhům a použitelnosti dokumentárních akreditivů. The aim of bachelor thesis is to describe the problems of documentary payments in international trade. The thesis is divided into four chapters.
