Abstract:

Předmětem této bakalářské práce je internetové obchodování a jeho správná logistika. Teoretická část je zaměřena především na výklad základních pojmů spojených s e-businessem a vysvětlením logistiky v této oblasti podnikání. V praktické části je představena internetová firma zabývající se prodejem malých elektrospotřebičů. Cílem je zhodnotit konkrétní internetovou firmu, zaměřit se na její logistiku, způsob podnikání a využití ecommerce. V závěru této práce popisuji výsledky hodnocení firmy a navrhuji opatření.

Abstract:

The topic of this dissertation is internet business and its appropriate logistics. The theoretical section focuses predominantly on the explanation of the basic terminology associated with e-business and of the logistics in this area of business. Afterwards, the practical section introduces a real life internet firm engaged in the sale of small size electrical appliances. The main target of this dissertation is to evaluate a specific internet firm, focus on its logistics, on the ways it does business and on its utilization of ecommerce. Lastly, the results and findings of the firm's evaluation are presented and additional measures are suggested.
