This thesis presents how to improve planning and forecasting, reflecting a daily operating system of the entity that demonstrates the performance and decision-making. Nevertheless, this thesis presents different types of budgeting in the UK, and the main focus of this thesis is two types: incremental budgeting and Zero-Based budgeting.
