Tato diplomová práce pojednává o celosvětovém problému týkajícího se dětské pornografie, který se v současné době stal velmi diskutovaným a to především díky Internetu a dostupností materiálů na něm. This thesis deals with the global problem concerning child pornography which is currently becoming frequently discussed, mainly because of the Internet. This work includes definition of terms to help to better orientation and understanding of the legislation.
