This thesis is devoted to the image of a doctor in the books of Russian. The paper considers the features of the doctor's image in the works of writers with medical degree. The thesis examines the behavior, actions and thinking of the physician as a person and a member of society in comparison with other characters of the books. Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje obrazu lékaře v dílech vybraných ruských spisovatelů. Převážně se zkoumají zvláštnosti obrazu lékaře v dílech spisovatelů s medicinským vzděláním. Bakalářská práce se věnuje zvláštnostem chování, jednání a myšlení lékaře jako jedince a člena společnosti v porovnání s ostatními postavami zvolených děl.
