Causes of lawless behavior of the persons younger than 15 years
Abstract:
Práce se zabývá protiprávním jednáním osob mladších 15 let, zejména se zaměřuje na jeho příčiny a prevenci. Teoretická část obsahuje vysvětlení pojmů důležitých pro pochopení dané problematiky. Výzkumná část je tvořena kvalitativním výzkumem pěti případů, ve kterých se děti dopustily protiprávního jednání.
Abstract:
This work is concerned with lawless behaviour of the persons younger than 15 years, especially with its causes and prevention. Theoretical part includes the explanation of the terms related with this issue. Research part is created by five cases of juvenile crime.
